Natalia Rusiaieva is one of the designers who developed military uniforms for women of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
She started sewing as a child, and later went from being a tailor to a fashion designer. She has been modelling clothes for over 25 years. Natalia moved to Kyiv in 2014, when the war came to her native city of Donetsk. At the beginning of the invasion Natalka took her daughter away from the shelling and returned to Ukraine. She started working on a new project almost immediately. Together with partners, they developed a women's uniform and successfully tested it. A little more than a year passed from the idea to implementation, and the team received the first state order!
In addition to uniforms, the designer is working on the development of body armour and thermal clothing for women and adaptive underwear for the wounded.
