Melitopol was under occupation almost from the beginning of the Great War. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, the regional manager of the retail network department of “Ukrtelecom”, JSC Vladyslav Sumariuk and his colleagues tried to prevent the russians from intercepting Internet traffic and communications.
When it became clear that a few weeks of occupation would not be the case, Vladyslav and his family decided to leave the city. The road to Zaporizhzhia stretched for almost two days. Shelling from Grads, undressing inspections at checkpoints, driving through a minefield under the mine-thrower fire - this is not the entire list of road adventures.
