Dmytro is having a hard time dealing with the loss of his colleagues and friends. Some of his friends stood up to defend Ukraine and were killed in action. Dmytro, along with other DTEK employees - energy workers, miners, and gasmen - is fighting for the future of Ukraine on the energy front. The company invested huge funds into networks, power plants, coal mining, and natural gas production during the war.
