The lyceum where Nataliia Shulha teaches Ukrainian language and literature became a center of rescue during the full-scale invasion. The educators established a humanitarian hub for hundreds of people.
Nataliia remembers how those who had been under occupation for several weeks were brought to the school. The elderly people were in the most difficult condition, some of the old people could not stand up because of illness and hunger. Unfortunately, one of the elderly women died during the evacuation. But the educators managed to save the lives and health of hundreds of people. The lyceum hosted, fed and warmed them for a month.
