Olesia Batsman recalls how she and her husband Dmytro Gordon learned on the evening of February 23 that there would be a war tomorrow. She woke up at 4:00, waited half an hour, and went back to bed. And for the second time I woke up to the sounds of explosions. We immediately responded to the attack by recording a video assuring her that Ukraine would not surrender and calling for a fight against russian aggression.
Olesia is torn in two: her and Dmytro's children are abroad, and in Ukraine, there is her husband, the fight, her country and fearless people. Being a mother and fighting a battle on the information front is a very difficult task, but it is impossible to do otherwise. After all, it is not enough to believe in victory, you have to do everything possible to make it happen faster.
