For a long time, Anna could not believe that war was possible in the 21st century in the civilized world. Even after the first explosions and sirens, she refused to pack her “emergency bag” hoping that it was some kind of misunderstanding. The woman and her family spent the first nights after the war broke out in a shelter, not daring to stay at home. Unfortunately, Yuriy was killed during combat operations in the village of Bezimenne, Beryslav district, Kherson region.
