When Kseniia Lukianenko's son and son-in-law went to the front as volunteers, she felt anxious and helpless. To cope with these emotions, she turned to psychologists. Later, she enrolled in a psychology course. Now Kseniia helps not only herself but also others. She is actively working to raise awareness of the mental problems that arise during war and encourages everyone not to hesitate to seek help from specialists.
