Nataliia Fil, a mother of many children, planned a plan to escape from the occupied village and successfully implemented it. The village of Velyka Bilozerka in Zaporizhzhia region was captured by russians in the first days of the invasion. The family spent several months waiting for the village to be liberated. Nataliia did not allow her children to attend a russian school. The russians threatened such families with the removal of their children. So after the first threats, the family decided to run away. A significant role in the successful escape was played by the Mother Heroine Medal, which Nataliia received after the birth of her fifth child. For some reason, the medal attracted the attention of russian soldiers at all the checkpoints the family passed through.
