Nadiia Ivanivna lived alone through the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. She was forced to leave everything in her native town Siversk, which became one of the hot spots of the russian invasion. At the beginning of the fighting, Siversk turned into an arena of brutal shelling and destruction. Houses, schools, clinics - everything was subjected to heavy shelling. Nadiia Ivanivna lived in constant fear, hiding in the basement and trying to survive in the rain of shells.
