Nataliia, a photographer from Irpin, did not believe in the possibility of a full-scale invasion until recently. The true realisation came when she saw russian helicopters flying towards Hostomel with her own eyes. From then on, Nataliia started recording all the events with her camera. There was no fear. She refused to evacuate twice because she could not leave her pets behind. But when she finally left, she realised that she had chosen the best time – the snow blinded the russian drones and the road was quiet. When Nataliia returned home after the liberation of Irpin, she was once again convinced of her luck: a russian shell hit the spot on her balcony from which she usually filmed.
