"In the morning, my daughter told me that the war had started, but I didn't believe her and went to work. There was a panic in the store, all the employees were calling and texting someone. Only after a while did I realise that it was a real war. At that time, everyone was very scared that they would be left without water and food, so in three days all the shelves in our store were empty. The director arranged for supplies, and we continued to provide people with food. Even the police helped us bring bread,’ says Oksana Hutovska, a resident of Kyiv. For some time, she lived in the store with her daughter because there was a bomb shelter nearby.
